Stroll along the river in Granada

Tea and crepes

A la fiesta de primavera (spring festival)

30,000 people come here to "celebrate" Spring :)  Biggest Spring party of Spain right here in my town, convenient

And this is what happens when 30.000 people hangout, it is a good thing Granada has awesome street cleaners!

Trip to Nerja, another beach town on the Mediterranean 2 hours from Granada on bus, Adorable little hostal called San Miguel!
We had a personal balcony!
Clean hostal overall rating 5 stars!

Gyro at the Greek restaurant next to our hostal.  SO GREAT!

We are on the Balcony of Europe, used to be an Arabic fortress in the 9th century. Now has an excellent panoramic view of the Mediterranean.  Apparently if you look South on a sunny day you can see the Mountains in Africa (couldn't see them), still really cool though.

And then we found the terrace of our hostal... Nerja has us hooked!  This is where breakfast is served.

Cute right?

Stuffed mushrooms!

So Basically I have fallen in love with the beaches of Spain. Que Bonita! Every spare weekend this is where I will be; bathing in the Mediterranean, soaking up the Spanish sun with a book in my hand, and eating fabulous food! So relaxing!  Wait... what is the difference between studying and vacationing? :)
